- Human Serum 2 - Greater resolution with higher mass range and fewer fractions
Search Tips
- FTMS data is very high resolution. Plotting a mass range greater than 50 can take a long time and waste server resources.
- To plot a theoretical isotopic pattern behind the FTMS spectrum, enter the formula. Don't forget to protonate or deprotonate the formula as necessary. Add a +/- to the end of the formula to indicate charge and the absence or presence of an electron. For example, the formula for protonated sulpiride can be entered C15H24N3O4S+ or C15H23N3O4SH+1.
- If you enter a formula and leave the mass window blank, the mass range will be determined from the theoretical isotopic pattern.
